Sound familiar?

You sow in succession, cut in the cool of the morning, and sell to florists, at events and direct. Your stock changes twice a day and your list has to keep up.

  • 01A cut list on the back of an envelope and a florist waiting on a price.
  • 02Succession sowings that drift, so there’s a glut in July and nothing in August.
  • 03No idea what a stem actually costs by the time it’s bunched.
  • 04Selling at a market with a card reader that knows nothing about your stock.
What changes

The four that matter most to you.

  • Cut lists that match the fieldHarvest records feed straight into what’s available today — by stem, by bunch, by variety.
  • Succession that stays on planSuccession plans that schedule your sowings and show what’s coming.
  • Per-stem costingSeed, compost, labour and overhead rolled into a real cost per stem — so you can price a wedding without guessing.
  • Built for eventsSell at markets and events for cash or a card through the SumUp app, and keep the takings in the same system as the trade orders.

Before you ask

The questions growers actually ask.

  • We bring your spreadsheet across for you. Send us the one you use now and the plant list, sizes and prices come back as live stock — you start with your own stock in it, not a demo one. If you’d rather do it yourself, the desktop app imports a spreadsheet too.

  • No. Your Shopify or WooCommerce shop keeps its theme, its SEO and its customers, and sales in your shop come straight off Stockbed stock. Stockbed pushes stock to the shop when an order is raised, at marketplace checkout, when a batch reaches saleable with auto-sync on, or when you press Sync. Square gets stock pushed from the same pool.

  • Yes. The mobile app records batches, losses, sprays and scout reports offline and syncs the moment it finds signal. That’s the whole point of field mode.

  • That’s where it started. Availability lists, holds, quotes, trade prices by quantity, minimum orders and account terms, orders on account, and on Stockbed Plus invoices into your accounts package.

  • Then you get the till, the gate, the storefront page and the same batch tracking behind it. Plenty of growers start retail-only and switch the trade side on later.

  • Passport labels come out of the label designer complete — sections A to D and the batch trace code — printed to PDF or a sheet printer, and the trace code scans back to the batch’s record. Thermal printers print a fixed layout.
