Delete your account
You can delete your Stockbed account yourself, in the app, at any time. If you can’t get into the app, email us and we’ll do it for you.

In the app
Open Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account — or Close nursery account if you own the nursery. Nobody needs to approve it.
On the same screen you can download everything first, as a single file. Do that before you delete if you want to keep a copy: once the deletion runs, we cannot get it back for you.
If you are a team member
Deleting removes your sign-in and your personal details — your name, email address and password — from the nursery, straight away.
The work you recorded while you were there — stock counts, jobs, sprays and the like — is part of the nursery’s records. It belongs to the nursery, so it stays with it.
If you own the nursery
Closing the account deletes the whole nursery from our database: every plant, batch, stock record, order, quote, plant passport, team member, customer record and billing record in it. The deletion runs as one step and is checked before it completes, so nothing is left behind half-erased.
Photographs and logos you uploaded are permanently deleted with the account, except images that are part of the shared plant catalogue.
If there is a paid period still running, you choose when. Delete now, and it happens immediately. Or delete at the end of the period you have already paid for: the plan stops renewing, you keep working until that date, and everything is deleted on it. You can change your mind in Settings any time before then. With no paid period left, the account closes immediately.
Neither option is refunded, and deleting your data does not by itself settle a twelve-month term that is still running — that is a matter for your subscription agreement, and a conversation with us.
Without the app
Email hello@fennplants.com from the email address on the account, and say you want it deleted. If you own the nursery, tell us whether you want it deleted now or at the end of your paid period, and whether you want a copy of your data first.
We will reply to confirm the request really came from you, then carry out exactly the same deletion the app does, and email you when it is done — within the time UK data protection law allows.
What we keep
Nothing in our database: every record belonging to the nursery, our own billing records included, is deleted.
Stripe, which takes the subscription payment, keeps its record of the charges made, as UK tax law requires. That record is about the subscription, not about your plants or your customers.
Uploaded photographs and logos are deleted with the account, as above.
