What it cost, what it made
Materials, labour and overhead rolled up into a real cost per plant — and per stem — so margin is a fact.

Costing starts at the batch. Cuttings, compost, pots, the hours that went into sticking and potting, and a share of the overhead — all attached to the batch they belong to and carried through to the plants that come out of it.
Every batch shows what its plants cost and the margin they make at your price. Not last year’s list price plus a bit; the actual number. Price a contract or a wedding with that in front of you and you know where the floor is.
Then it works forwards. Demand comes from enquiries, open orders and marketplace views; set against the batches you’ve got coming, it suggests what to grow next — which is the difference between a glut and a full order book.
And you don’t have to go looking. A weekly digest lands by email every Monday, and low-stock alerts tell you when a line is running low.
When you want the whole picture, Reports covers any date range: sales month by month, split between trade and the till; who your best customers are and what share of trade they make up; which plants sell, with the margin where they have a cost; and what was written off. Credit notes come off the totals, and every table downloads as a CSV for your accountant.
Cut-flower farms get the same on a per-stem basis, through bunching, so a recipe of ten stems has a cost as well as a price.
The parts that do the work.
Know your real numbers
True cost per plant, rolled up from materials, labour and overhead. See what a plant actually cost to grow — and what a stem cost to cut — so the margin on a batch or a bunch recipe is a fact rather than a feeling. See demand from enquiries, open orders and marketplace views against the stock you’ve got coming, and get told before you run low.
