Terms
The terms that apply to this website and to using Stockbed. Your subscription agreement sits above both.

This website
stockbed.fennplants.com is published by Fenn to describe Stockbed. Everything on it is offered in good faith and kept as accurate as we can, but it isn’t a contract and features move as the product does.
Using Stockbed
Your nursery gets an account; the people you invite get their own sign-ins under it. Sign-ins are personal — sharing one means you cannot tell who did what, which rather defeats a record.
Use it to run your nursery. Don’t use it to break the law, to store someone else’s data you have no right to hold, or to try to get at another nursery’s records.
You are responsible for what your team does under your account, and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself.
Your data is yours
Everything you put into Stockbed stays yours. We hold it to run the service for you and for nothing else — the privacy policy sets out exactly who sees it and why.
You can export the lot at any time, from Settings, as a file. You can close the account from the same screen, and doing so deletes it.
Prices
Prices shown are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. They’re current at the time of publication and may change; the price you pay is the one confirmed when you take out a plan.
Plans run for a term of twelve months. You can pay for that term monthly or in one payment up front — paying up front costs less, because the twelfth month is free. Paying monthly is a way of spreading the year, not a rolling plan that stops when you stop paying.
At the end of the term the plan renews unless you tell us otherwise. Cancelling stops it renewing; it does not refund a period already paid for. If you need to end a term early, talk to us — the subscription agreement sets out where that leaves both of us.
You can close your account and delete your data at any time, whatever stage of the term you are at. That is a separate thing from the plan, and we will never hold your records hostage to a bill.
What we don’t promise
Stockbed helps you keep your records straight. It does not make you compliant, and it is not horticultural advice: a plant passport, a spray record and a waiting time are your responsibility and your judgement, and what the software suggests is a prompt, never a ruling.
We work hard to keep it running and to keep your data safe, but no service is up every minute of every year. Where something does go wrong, the subscription agreement sets out where we stand.
Access to the platform
Access to Stockbed itself is governed by the subscription agreement you enter into with Fenn. Where anything on this site, or on this page, conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.
Other people’s names
Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Stripe, SumUp, Apple, Toshiba, Zebra and OKI are the trade marks of their respective owners. They’re named here to describe what Stockbed connects to, and nothing more is implied.
