Your label, your design

Design the label once, then print it to PDF, a sheet printer or a supported thermal printer.

“Your label. Not a template with our name on it.”

A label designer with your logo, your fields and your sizes — barcode, trace code and passport placed where you want them on PDF and sheet labels, not where the software insists. Thermal labels print a fixed layout from the Mac desktop app. Save a setup per printer and per media, so the person at the bench picks the job and presses print.

On your nursery

The 9cm range needs a narrower label than the 3-litre. Two saved setups, one printer, and nobody re-measures anything.

What’s behind it

Three things doing the work.

  • 01Drag your own fields, logo and barcode onto your PDF and sheet labels
  • 02Saved profiles per printer and per media — thermal, sheet or multi-up
  • 03OKI C711 for sheets; Toshiba BA410T/BA420 and ZPL thermal printers from the Mac app
The alternative

What you’d be doing instead.

  • vs a spreadsheetIt does the maths and never goes stale.Availability, cost and stock update themselves — and won’t promise the same plant twice.
  • vs generic e-commerceIt speaks horticulture.Maturity gates, batches, passports, grades, stems and bunches — not a plant bolted onto a T-shirt shop.
  • vs five separate toolsOne stock record behind the lot.Your website, accounts and card reader, connected to one stock record that actually talks to itself.
